Parents should check if their childs school is open today

Parents should check if their child's school is open today following the snow. Trains have been suspended across the Merseyside region making it impossible for some staff to travel to school.

Christ the King issued the following statement.

School will start at 10am due to heavy snowfall overnight to give staff, parents and pupils time to travel safely to school.
