Splash World in Southport reopened last weekend after being closed for 4 years due to a refit and the pandemic with record numbers of going through the doors.

Many people have taken to social media to express their concerns about what appears to be a CCTV camera in the ceiling of the family changing area.

I was here yesterday with my kids getting unchanged in the family changing room to see a camera watching us, I felt freaked out, what is the meaning of this?

We want answers. Why are they not replying?

very, very weird and surely illegal to have cameras in a changing area. Only just opened up again, and it'll be closed before we know it

That is a poorly placed camera that should not even be in the changing rooms. I’d report it asap.
