Police and Paramedics called to a property on Eastbank Street Bridge,Southport

Police and Paramedics were called to a property on Eastbank Street Bridge in Southport at approximately 11.00 this morning. 

Officers at the scene would not comment on the incident but a local resident said that he thought that the incident was a concern for someone's safety.
