Police arrest man under the influence of a substance on Lord Street in Southport

Officers from Merseyside Police were called to Lord Street in Southport this evening near to the Monument after a man who was clearly under the influence of a substance was arrested for public order offenses. He was placed in a Police vehicle and taken away to a local Police Station for questioning
