Police checkpoint Southport Road Scarisbrick

Officers from Lancashire Constabulary set up a checkpoint on Southport Road in Scarisbrick this morning.

Vehicles were pulled over for checks including no insurance or MOT. Other drivers were stopped for not wearing a seatbelt and mobile phone usage. Police were also on the lookout for defective vehicles.
