Police cordon off part of Stanley Street in Southport after attempted robbery

Merseyside Police have cordoned off part of Stanley Street in Southport this morning after an attempted breakin. The culprits smashed the door in at Duct Clear at approximately 9.00 am. Officers have cordoned off the area which is strewn with glass.

Police Community Support Officers were conducting house to house enquiries as well
