Police cordon off Tesco Express on Albert Road, Southport

Merseyside Police have cordoned off Tesco Express on Albert Road in Southport. Police do not cross tape is across both entrances and an officer is guarding the entrance to the store.

A scientific support officer is also at the store. Nearby neighbours said they thought that there had been a burglary but this has not been confirmed.
