Police incident Broome Close, Southport

Officers from Merseyside police are searching a property in Broome Close, Southport today. The officers arrived this morning and have been there for over four hours. An employee of Bates Dairy witnessed the officers entering one of the houses wearing protective gloves.

A resident of Broome Road thought the raid may be drug-related but this has not been confirmed yet.
