Police incident Scarisbrick Street Southport.

Police rushed to Scarisbrick Street in Southport this at 2.20 this afternoon after a call from a concerned member of the public.

A witness at the scene said that a woman who she believed to be living illegally in the UK started to scream and shout at neighbours before running off but this is yet to be confirmed confirmed.

Police then searched gardens along the Street looking for the woman but found nothing. After half an hour they left.
