Remembrance Day in Southport with Last Post and Parade videos

Hundreds of people gathered at the Southport War memorial this morning for the annual Remembrance Day service.

Veterans young and old were there to remember fallen comrades.

The service was spoilt somewhat by the inconsiderate flying of drones around the Monument and over the gathered crowds.

After the service there was a parade along Lord Street and into the Town Hall Gardens.
