Resident of Balmoral Drive in Southport creates homemade speed awareness sign

A resident of Balmoral Drive in Southport has made a sign asking drivers to "Kill Their Speed" and not my cat.

Adding at the bottom of the sign that a child could be next.

It seems strange that killing a cat is put before the life of a child.
