His acclaimed television work includes the BAFTA-winning episode of Who Do You Think You Are?, as well as the documentaries My Family, the Holocaust and Me and The Holy Land and Us, both praised for their thoughtful exploration of history, identity, and memory.

In recognition of his contributions to Holocaust education, Rob was awarded an MBE in 2020, alongside an honorary doctorate for his legal work.
