RTC at the Duke Street roundabout junction with Lord Street yesterday evening

The emergency services were called to the junction of Duke Street and Lord Street yesterday evening at 5.25 after a collision between vehicles.

Merseyside Police said in a short statement at the time...

Due to a collision at the junction of Lord Street with Duke Street in Southport, the roundabout is currently closed to traffic coming from the Promenade/Rotten Row direction.

Please avoid this junction for the next hour or two.
