Safer Schools Officers, based at Southport Police Station were at Birkdale High School , Wednesday 16th March, presenting year 7 classes with information on child sexual exploitation (CSE) and child criminal exploitation (CCE). These presentations aim to help children identify the signs that adults (or older children) may be trying to exploit them, or to help them see the signs that a friend may be being exploited for sexual or financial gain.
The classes will continue to other year groups for the rest of the week.
