Saturday December 3rd KIck Off Times Moved for Southport FC

We have been advised by the National League that all games scheduled to be played on Saturday December 3rd will kick off at 12.30pm. This will affect our game against Scarborough for that date.

The National League Satement reads:-

The League hope that both England and Wales progress in the World Cup past the group stages. However, there is a potential fixture clash for the Last 16 involving the runners-up of Group B, (England and Wales’ group), kicking off at 3pm on Saturday 3 December.

There is a full fixture programme planned for this time. To avoid any possibility of a clash the League are moving all kick off times back to 12:30pm on this date.

However, the League will also look favourably on any application where both teams are in agreement to either play their game on Friday night, Sunday, or at the published kick off time on the Saturday (although we suspect that is unlikely).
Should there not be agreement by both teams, then the kick off will be 12:30pm on Saturday 3 December.
