Sefton Council Rolls Out Business & Resident Toolkit for The 154th Open

Sefton Council has launched the official Business & Resident Toolkit for The 154th Open, providing practical guidance and information for businesses, residents and community organisations ahead of the Championship's return to Royal Birkdale in July 2026.
