'Sefton Huddle' Networking Event for Digital, Creative and Tech Businesses

Digital, Creative and Tech Businesses are being invited to the latest ‘Sefton Huddle’ on Thursday 22nd February.

Hosted by the Council’s InvestSefton team, the event will take place between 11am and 1.30pm at The Atkinson in Southport.

As well as opportunities to network with other businesses from this sector, the event will feature an update on progress at The Enterprise Arcade, which will see almost 900m2 of space for digital and creative start-ups and scale-ups in Southport.

James Brayshaw from Southport-based telecom service provider AdaptiveComms will be talking about his new role on the Growth Platform Creative & Digital Cluster Board.

There will be an interview with Huddle member Mark Carr of drone image services Image Surveys and Business Adviser Julie Swarbrick will be giving an update on Invest Sefton.

People attending can also look around the Business Support mini-marketplace. There will also be the chance to hop aboard the Faster Britain bus that will be parked outside The Atkinson to help deal with any tech connectivity questions, such as the copper switch off, what LCR Connect is, and how to save on broadband costs.  LCR Connect | Part of the Faster Britain Network

Invest Sefton organise the first Huddle for the Digital, Creative and Tech businesses in February last year in response to calls form the sector for a networking group.
