Serious Police incident Wennington Road in Southport. Video

Police have cordoned off a large section of Wennington Road and the surrounding roads this afternoon.

A Police officer commented that a lady driver had a medical issue at the wheel of her car and crashed onto the pavement. He also said that it did not look good for the lady. An investigation as to the cause of the accident is taking place.There are not thought to be any other injuries.
