Serious RTC Portland Street Southport.Two cars collide and end up front garden of a property

The emergency services were called to the Portland Street junction with Ash Street at approximately 2.20 this afternoon after two vehicles collided close to the petrol station.

Both vehicles ended up in the front driveway of a property.

At the time of taking the photo both drivers were still in their vehicles as there were no Ambulances on scene.Police were comforting the occupants of the vehicles.

It appears that no pedestrians were injured.

Traffic is coping well with just small holdups at the moment.
