Shocking news as Merseyside Police Wildlife Officers find dead Bird Of Prey

In a Facebook post Sefton Police posted the following sad news with no explanation as to how the bird died.

Today is day two of Neighbourhood Policing Week of Action and our Wildlife Officers have been out in some of the more rural areas of Sefton looking for those committing offences with hunting dogs amongst other offences. Unfortunately whilst out patrolling the officers found this deceased bird of prey.
