Shocking Revelations: Local from Bath Street Faces Disturbing Charges
Detectives have charged a Southport man as part of an ongoing investigation into online sexual offences. The man was arrested on Sunday 8 December.
Michael Lymath, 43, from Bath Street, has now been charged with the following offences:
Cause/incite a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity
Engage in sexual communication with a child
Attempt to cause/incite a girl to engage in sexual activity
Two counts of Cause a child to watch/look at an image of sexual activity
Possession of cannabis
Possession of cocaine
Possession of an offensive weapon in a private place
Lymath has been remanded in custody to appear today at Wirral Adult Remand Court today, Tuesday 10 December.
