Sixteen Dogs and a Budgie rescued from squalid conditions in Tarleton

South Rural Task Force (RTF) executed a warrant with the RSPCA in Tarleton.
As a result a budgie and 16 dogs/puppies, who were being kept in squalid conditions, were rescued and will now have the best chance at living happy lives.

We know Lancashire is a county of dog lovers, so appreciate how upsetting incidents like this can be. We’re sharing this firstly as a reminder that it’s an offence under Section 9 of the animal welfare act not to provide animals in your care with a suitable environment, free from pain, suffering, injury and disease.
