Smashed up Vauxhall Astra abandoned on Southport Promenade

This Vauxhall Astra was involved in an accident on Southport Promenade in the early hours of this morning. Both air bags have been activated and there is serious damage to the front of the vehicle.

A note on the dashboard gives the police log number and a contact number presumably for the owner.

It is not known what the vehicle hit or if there were any injuries involved.
