Southport and Oldham played out a 1-1 draw at Haig Avenue this afternoon. Oldham took the lead in the 69th minute when former Southport player Devarn Green scored. This was after Joe Nuttall was sent off after a blatant slap to Josh Hmami .

Adam Anson equalised in the 84th minute with a tap in after a great save from the Oldham keeper.
