Southport Air Show infrastructure almost all cleared away. Marine Drive open again

Most of the infrastructure for the Air Show has now been cleared away from the beach and Marine Drive. There is still a marquee and fencing on the beach but almost everything else has been removed.

The Marine Drive is open to traffic again.

Sefton Council has come under a barrage of criticism on social media and TripAdvisor after the chaos of the running of the event on Saturday especially.
