Southport beach quagmire means catering outlets have been moved for Air Show

The terrible state of Southport beach has meant that the catering units have had to be moved to a more suitable location. They were located about 60 yards from the sea wall. This would have meant that customers would have to wade through deep, slippery, sticky mud.

They have now been moved closer to the sea wall and sand has been put down to enable easier access.

If you are going to the Air Show and intend to go on the beach, wellington boots are a must.
