King’s Lynn took over top spot from AFC Fylde on Easter Monday and whilst Fylde do have a game in hand and are just one point behind, the games have to be won.

The form of the two sides is total opposite we have lost our last four games whilst our hosts have won theirs but form is only as good as the next game and we saw a vast improvement against a play off side on Monday and more of the same will be needed at The Walks on Saturday.

The reverse fixture saw a very good game and a 1-1 draw, that goal was a decision that went for us this season.

Lynn are under new management after Tommy Widdringtton left in what appears to be quite acrimonous circumstances but new caretaker manager Mark Hughes has got off to a winning start with wins against Kettering and at Alfreton.

Head To Head-Just one defeat at The Walks back in 1980. Our last visit was in the 2012/13 season for an FA Trophy tie and we came away with a 2-0 win which included a goal of the season contender from Andy Parry. A lot has happened in the ten years since.
