Southport Lifeboat Mud Rescue Team Responds to Call of Child Stuck in Mud

The quads and mud rescue team were paged to reports of a child stuck in the mud close to Southport Pier.

As quads 1 & 2 arrived on scene, the child had been freed and was in the care of Merseyside Police and the North West Ambulance Service.
