Southport Lifeboat Quads rescue three people who wandered into the flight path at the Air Show

Three people were rescued from Southport Beach during the Air Show this afternoon.

Just before 2.00pm the Quad bikes were deployed after three people were spotted north of the Pier wandering into flight path of the planes.

After giving the people some advice they were quickly taken back to the RSPB car park on the Marine Drive.
