Southport Man Charged with Multiple Offences

Arkadiusz Zachwieja (43) of an address in Ashley Road, Southport was arrested on Thursday 23rd November, as a suspect in multiple burglaries, attempted burglaries and vehicle interference offences that took place in Southport throughout 2023; The most recent of which were in October.
Zachwieja was charged with three counts of burglary, 4 counts of attempted burglary and 2 counts of attempted theft from motor vehicle.

At court on Friday 24th November he was remanded in custody for sentencing at a date in the near future. An update on sentencing will be provided when available.
Again this has been achieved by close work between the Neighbourhood Policing Team, Investigations and Offender Management teams.
