Southport MP Damien Moore spokesperson explains why Twitter account was deleted

eyeonsouthport yesterday published a story on how Southport MP Damien Moore's Twitter account was suspended.

Damien Moors's spokesperson has responded on behalf on the MP.

Mr Moore deactivated his Twitter account some time ago. As that deactivation made his previous username avaliable for new accounts, somebody created an account impersonating him.

Twitter took action and suspended that account.
