Boston did make it up to Spennymoor on Tuesday and came away without any points in a 3-2 defeat.
They arrive in Southport in 16th place with two wins on the road, at Telford and Farsley.
The midweek break will have given the players with a few knocks extra time to recover and Michael Carberry will be available after serving his one match suspension.
