Southport Walking Football Team Supporting Macmillan Cancer Support

Southport FC Walking Football Team were out supporting a Health & Wellbeing Event organised by Macmillan Cancer Support yesterday, taking part in a demo game of Walking Football to promote the benefits of the game.

Our WF Organiser, Rob Urwin said ” we were really pleased to be able to go along to this event to show how Walking Football works and to support the people at McMillan who do such a great job, the lads and lasses all freely gave their time to this and it was great to see”
