Suspicious Van In and Around Tarleton and Hesketh Bank

A message from PC Birtles.

I am aware of many reports and posts on social media regarding a White Mercedes Sprinter van that has been seen driving around the villages over the past few weeks causing concern to residents.

Today myself and PCSO Dan have spoken with the driver and passenger and can confirm that no offences have been committed and everything was in order.

I'd like to reassure residents that there is nothing to be concerned about and I thank you all for your emails and reports. Please continue to report suspicious circumstances and we will do our best to investigate.
