The Complete League History of Southport FC Book Auction Total

The Sandgrounders-The Complete League History of Southport FC written by Geoff Wilde and Michael Braham is critically acclaimed as the best Football Club History Book ever written and the Club are delighted to have had a copy donated to the club to put up for auction.

The book has been very kindly given to the club by Colin Meakin’s wife Chris. Colin passed away in 2019 and his brother John who is a lifelong Southport fan has passed the book to us to raise money for the club with all the proceeds going directly to the club.

The reserve price was met within 5 minutes of advertising.

The leading bid was £160 and that was the final bid making the overall total raised from this donation £172.95.

John has also given Colin’s copy of the Complete NL History of Southport FC 1978-2008 which is available at face value price of £12.95 plus any P&P if required-first come first served on this-SOLD!
