Thieves steal stone flagstones from Graveyard of St Cuthberts Church Halsall near Southport

Thieves have stolen part of a footpath that is in the graveyard of St Cuthberts Church in Halsall causing thousands of pounds worth of damage.

A spokesperson for the Church said...

If any one heard or saw anything suspicious between 5.30 pm 23rd January and 7 am on  24th January please let us know.  A large number of flagstones have been stolen from the Church path.  

Anyone wishing to access the graveyard please do so by the side gate for the time being.
