Southport trains recovering after signalling problems at Liverpool Central
Services on the Merseyrail Northern line, including trains to and from Southport, were disrupted on Tuesday, August 18, after signalling problems at Liverpool Central.
The disruption was expected to continue until 5.15pm. Trains were returning to normal, but some services could still be cancelled or delayed while the timetable recovered.
