Travellers arrive on the car park on the sea wall in Southport

A large group of Travellers have parked their vans illegally on the sea wall in Southport. With no regard for the rules, they have taken up scores of parking spaces with not a Civil Enforcement Officer in sight..

No doubt there will be piles of rubbish left behind after they leave.
