Unidentified Man Found Dead on Southport Beach: Cause of Death Yet Unknown

Merseyside Police can confirm emergency services were called to report a body was found on Southport beach this morning, Monday 6 October. 

At around 10.30am we received a report that a man was found deceased and his death is being treated as unexplained.

Enquiries are ongoing to identify the man and notify his next of kin.
