United Utilities will fix bursts for free

Our region has experienced freezing weather conditions and now a thaw following a rise in temperature has caused pipes to burst on our network and in customers’ homes.

Due to this, we will be offering a free leakage service to anyone in the Southport area. Where possible, our teams will repair any external leaks within customer’s property boundaries.
