Wanted man could be in Merseyside

Can you help locate a man who is wanted on a recall to prison for breach of his license conditions?

Ellis Bala, 30 years, has breached his license conditions following his release after serving a sentence for a drug offence.

He is described as Albanian, 6ft 1in tall, heavy build, dark brown shaved hair and brown eyes.

Bala has links to Merseyside, Avon and Somerset and South Wales areas.
