Wanted man could be in Southport

Police  are appealing for information to find wanted Wirral man Christopher Kelly.

 Kelly, 36, is wanted in connection with breaches of his bail conditions, pending his trial for an arson offence. 

 He is white, 5ft 6in tall, of slim build, with ginger hair and hazel eyes. Kelly speaks with a Liverpool accent and could be anywhere in Merseyside.
