Woodlands Animal Sanctuary Charity Ball
Saturday 9th October.Pop the date in your diary, grab your family and friends and book a table for Woodlands Animal Sanctuary’s Autumn Ball.
Usually held in the spring, but like a lot of things, this has changed due to Covid, the Lancashire animal rescue are just happy they can go ahead with this fundraiser.Boasting a delicious three course meal, entertainment from live, local band; Decoy, two fabulous raffles on the night, the idyllic rural location of Briars Hall and all beautifully compared by DJ Andy Summers, you really don’t want to miss out!
Not only that, but by buying a ticket and supporting Woodlands, you will be directly contributing to the care and rehabilitation of abandoned mum cats and their tiny kittens, orphaned and poorly native hedgehogs and unwanted guinea pigs and animals.
Winter, whilst not always the busiest time of year in terms of admittances for the charity, still holds its own challenges in paying the increased energy and food bills; needed to keep the many animals warm and comfortable during the cold winter months.
The huge numbers of animals who have made it through their doors so far this year have severely depleted their funds – so a boost to help them through the winter will be very much needed.Visit https://buytickets.at/woodlandsanimalsanctuary/496037 to get your tickets, £39.50 per person.
