Yesterday saw the start of the weeklong #MiniPathfinders at St John's C of E Primary School in Crossens.

The project is funded by #OpMedusa and is a #preventativepolicing project which aims to support young people to make positive choices and prevent crime through early intervention.

Day 1 was all about positive choices and learning about consequences.

The pupils have played a game called your choice and discussed with Officers knife crime, anti-social behaviour, hate crime, drugs, underage drinking and general safety when out and about in the community through a wide range of interactive games and sessions.

In the afternoon officers where joined by Pete and Charlotte from Catch22 who delivered a workshop with the pupils about cyber safety, how to stay safe online, cyber bullying, the effects cyber-crime can have on people and grooming.

Day 2 is underway with Kev from #MSE teaching the pupils first aid and basic lifesaving skills.
