Serious accident as BMW overturns on Upper Aughton Road in Southport

The emergency services were called to Upper Aughton Road in Southport at Approximately 2.45 this afternoon after a BMW and a van collided.

The BMW ended up on its side. There does not appear to be any serious injuries.

Diversions are in operation.
