Police remove half naked man from Albert and Victoria Hotel on Southport Promenade
Officers from Merseyside police removed a half naked man from his room at the Albert and Victoria Hotel on Southport Promenade this afternoon.
The man was placed into the rear of a police car and left for about 20 minutes. Eventually the Paramedics arrived and he was escorted into the Ambulance. He was assessed under police guard.
A police officer went back into the hotel and gathered up the mans possessions and placed them on the back seat of the police car.
The ambulance left the scene for hospital with the man being escorted by an officer with the other officer following on behind the ambulance.
